Mohammed Afifi was a Moroccan actor who co-founded the National Youth Troupe, known as 'Al Mamoura,' in 1967. He played a role in introducing theatrical acting to television and advocated for the inclusion of blind individuals in theatrical works. Afifi's theatrical repertoire includes notable productions such as Hamlet, Othello, and Le Bourgeois gentilhomme. He also appeared in the film Mirage and was involved in the TV movie The Case, one of his final projects. He served as a theater professor at the Municipal Institute in Casablanca from 1976 to 1980. He received a medal from His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
