Mitchell Ryan is an American actor who made his film debut in Thunder Road (1958). He was part of the original cast of the television series Dark Shadows. Ryan's extensive career includes notable roles in films such as High Plains Drifter (1973), Lethal Weapon (1987), and Liar Liar (1997). He also appeared in Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers and Grosse Pointe Blank. In addition to his film work, Ryan had a significant presence on stage, with Broadway credits including Wait Until Dark and Medea. He is remembered for his role as Edward Montgomery on Dharma & Greg.
