Milla Jovovich is an American actress who starred in the science fiction film The Fifth Element (1997). She began her acting career with the television film The Night Train to Kathmandu in 1988 and made her feature film debut in Two Moon Junction the same year. Jovovich gained fame through her roles in the Resident Evil franchise, starting with Resident Evil in 2002, and appeared in sequels such as Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) and Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2016). Other notable films include A Perfect Getaway (2009) and Hellboy (2019). In addition to acting, she is a model and musician, having released an album titled The Divine Comedy in 1994. She collaborated with Carmen Hawk to create the clothing line Jovovich-Hawk, which operated until 2008.
