Mike Marshall was a French American actor who directed his first film, Potato, in France. He appeared in several films, including Moonraker (1979), and had a notable presence in French cinema as a character actor. His career included performances in stage productions such as Croque-monsieur and Le Vallon. Marshall was the son of American actor-director William Marshall and French actress Michèle Morgan, and he was the stepson of director Gérard Oury. He fathered six children and passed away in Caen, France.
