Mike Elliot was an English stand-up comedian and actor who gained national fame through his show At Last, It's Mike Elliott, which aired in 1983 on Channel 4. He played a role in the film Billy Elliot (2000). Throughout his career, Elliot was involved in various entertainment forms, including television presenting and radio. He initially taught English at Hartlepool's Dyke House School before fully transitioning into comedy and acting. Elliot frequently performed as a warm-up act and compere for Lindisfarne's UK tours.
