Mike Doyle is an American actor who played Forensics Tech Ryan O'Halloran in the series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He has appeared in various television and film projects, including the action movie Phantom Below (2005) and the limited-release film Cutter (2003), which he also wrote and produced. Doyle portrayed a gay coffee barista named Andy in 29th and Gay (2005). He directed and produced the short film Shiner, which premiered at the 2006 Tribeca Film Festival. Doyle also starred in Max Steel (2016).
