Miguel Torres Umba is a Colombian actor who plays Ben in the Paramount film Primate (2026). He began his acting training in Bogotá before specializing in corporeal mime and physical theatre in the U.K. Torres Umba has collaborated extensively with Gecko Theatre, featuring in productions like the National Theatre co-production KIN and the feature film Institute. His one-man show, Stardust, received critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. In addition to acting, he has served as creative director for Rematch Live's Rumble in the Jungle and as performance director for Glastonbury's Terminal 1. Miguel's work emphasizes inclusivity and socio-political themes through his company, Umba Arts.
