Michelle Fairley is an actress from Northern Ireland who played Catelyn Stark in the HBO series Game of Thrones (2011–2013). She has appeared in numerous television series, including the USA Network's Suits (2013), where she portrayed Dr. Ava Hessington, and Fox's 24: Live Another Day (2014) as Margot Al-Harazi. Fairley has also been involved in notable films such as The Invisible Woman (2013) and In the Heart of the Sea (2015). In theatre, she performed in Jim Cartwright's play Road and played Cassius in Julius Caesar at the Bridge Theatre in 2018. Fairley starred as Princess Augusta in Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story on Netflix (2023).
