Michael Reventar is a Canadian actor who played Farooq Gibran / Blackout in the CW series The Flash. He gained recognition for his leading role in Kidnap Capital, which earned him a nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the Canadian Screen Awards. Reventar has also appeared in the film Peppermint (2018). Before his acting career, he dedicated ten years to charitable work in inner-city Toronto, drawing from his own experiences to support at-risk youth. He further honed his craft by studying under acting coach David Rotenberg.
