Michael Gothard is a British actor who made his feature film debut in Herostratus (1967) as Max, the young poet. He portrayed the villainous Emile Locque in For Your Eyes Only (1981). Gothard's filmography includes appearances in Scream and Scream Again (1970), The Last Valley (1971), The Devils (1971), and The Three Musketeers (1973). Tragically, he committed suicide after struggling with depression.
