Michael Dorn is an American actor and voice artist who portrayed the character Worf in the Star Trek franchise. He began his career in the film Rocky (1976) as an uncredited bodyguard. Dorn gained recognition through his role in the television series CHiPs and has appeared in various other projects, including Ted 2 (2015). He studied radio and television production at Pasadena City College and initially pursued a career in music before transitioning to acting. Dorn's work as Worf has made him a prominent figure in science fiction television. He has also lent his voice to numerous animated series and video games.
