Meshach Taylor was an American actor who played Anthony Bouvier in the CBS sitcom Designing Women (1986–1993). He gained recognition for his role as Hollywood Montrose, a colorful window dresser, in the film Mannequin (1987) and its sequel, Mannequin 2: On the Move (1991). Taylor's television credits include Sheldon Baylor on Dave's World (1993–1997) and Tony on Buffalo Bill, as well as Alastair Wright on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. He was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his work on Designing Women. Taylor appeared in The Howling (1981).
