Mercedes Varnado is the first and only woman to win championships in WWE, AEW, and NJPW. She gained fame in World Wrestling Entertainment from 2012 to 2022 under the ring name Sasha Banks, where she secured multiple titles including the NXT Women’s Championship and the WWE Women’s Championship five times. Varnado has also competed in All Elite Wrestling, winning the AEW TBS Championship and the Owen Hart Foundation Women's Tournament in 2025. Her accolades include being named Pro Wrestling Illustrated's Woman of the Year in 2015 and 2025, as well as Match of the Year in 2015. She appeared in the film The Collective (2023).
