Megumi Odaka is a Japanese actress who portrayed Miki Saegusa in the Godzilla series, starting with Godzilla vs. Biollante in 1989. She began her career as a voice actress in 1984 with the animated series Fushigi na koala Blinky, before transitioning to film with her role in Taketori Monogatari, also known as Princess from the Moon, where she earned a Japanese Academy Award for Rookie of the Year. Odaka starred in several Godzilla films throughout the Heisei era, including Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II in 1993 and Godzilla vs. Destoroyah. In addition to acting, she has released music albums and participated in various stage productions.
