Meenakshi Seshadri is an Indian actress who made her film debut in Painter Babu (1983). She gained significant recognition for her role in Hero (1983), leading to a successful career in Hindi cinema throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Notable films include Damini (1993), Ghayal (1990), and Shahenshah (1988). Seshadri was one of the highest-paid actresses of her time and won the Eve's Weekly Miss India contest in 1981. After her film Ghatak (1996), she stepped away from acting to focus on her family and now resides in the US, where she operates her dance school, Cherish Dance School.
