Matthew Sharp is a Canadian actor who played Henry Guyrich in X-Men (2000). After training at LAMDA and the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Arts, he performed extensively in UK theatre, including notable roles in 'The Miracle Worker' and 'The Boys in the Band'. Sharp appeared in films directed by Richard Attenborough and had a role in Saving Private Ryan (1998). Upon returning to Toronto in 1998, he starred in the sketch comedy series History Bites, earning a Gemini Television Award nomination in 2000. He has also made guest appearances in series such as Traders and Twice in a Lifetime.
