Matthew Perry was an American-Canadian actor who portrayed Chandler Bing in the television series Friends, which aired from 1994 to 2004. He received an Emmy Award nomination in 2002 for this role. In addition to Friends, Perry starred in The Whole Nine Yards (2000) and 17 Again (2009), and he appeared in The Ron Clark Story, earning both an Emmy and a Golden Globe nomination for his performance. He also had guest roles in The West Wing, leading to two consecutive Emmy nominations in 2003 and 2004. Perry lent his voice to the character Benny in the video game Fallout: New Vegas (2010).
