Masami Nagasawa is a Japanese actress known for her work in film and television. She gained prominence through her performances in notable productions such as Crying out Love in the Center of the World, Nada Sousou, and Dragon Zakura. In addition to her filmography, she has appeared in Proposal Daisakusen and lent her voice to the character Mitsuha in Your Name (2016). Nagasawa is affiliated with Toho Entertainment and is often affectionately referred to as "Ma-chan" by fans. She is the daughter of Kazuaki Nagasawa, a former manager of the Júbilo Iwata football team.
