Mary Ellen Trainor was an actress who appeared in the classic film Romancing the Stone (1984). She gained recognition for her performances in several notable 80s films, including The Goonies (1985), Die Hard (1988), and Scrooged (1988). Trainor also featured in the Lethal Weapon franchise, appearing in Lethal Weapon 3 (1992), and had a memorable role in Death Becomes Her (1992). One of her standout performances was as the greedy wife in the infamous killer Santa episode of Tales From the Crypt titled "And All Through the House."
