Marvin Jones III is an American actor and rapper who portrayed Tobias Whale in the television series Black Lightning. He is a member of the hip-hop group Strong Arm Steady, alongside Phil Da Agony and Mitchy Slick. In addition to his work in music, Jones has played notable roles in film, including Tombstone in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and a part in the live-action MCU film Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
