Martin McCann is a Northern Irish actor who played R.V. Burgin in the HBO miniseries 'The Pacific' (2010). He gained recognition after being cast by Lord Richard Attenborough, who saw his performance as Alex in a stage adaptation of 'A Clockwork Orange'. McCann has appeared in various films, including 'Killing Bono' (2011), where he portrayed Bono, and 'The Informer' (2019). His performance in a feature film earned him the Irish Film and Television Award for best male performance in 2011. Additionally, he has served as a Patron for YouthAction Northern Ireland.
