Mark Hamill is an American actor who portrayed Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise, beginning with Star Wars in 1977. He voiced the Joker in various animated DC Comics projects, starting with Batman: The Animated Series in 1992. Other notable performances include Kenneth W. Dantley Jr. in Corvette Summer (1978), Private Griff in The Big Red One (1980), and Ted Mitchum in Brigsby Bear (2017). Hamill has been active in voice acting, voicing characters such as Fire Lord Ozai in Avatar: The Last Airbender (2005–2008) and Mr. Salacia in Metalocalypse (2023). His upcoming project is The Life of Chuck (2025).
