Mark Dacascos is an American actor and martial artist who portrayed 'the Chairman' on Iron Chef America. He gained recognition for his martial arts skills, winning numerous championships in karate and kung fu during his youth. Dacascos has appeared in various films and television series, including Drive (1997), Nomad: The Warrior (2005), and Run & Gun (2022). He played Eric Draven in The Crow: Stairway to Heaven and starred as 'Crying Freeman' in the film of the same name. Additionally, he competed in season 9 of Dancing with the Stars and was cast as Wo Fat in Hawaii Five-0.
