Marina Foïs is a French actress who gained recognition for her work in the comedy series La Grosse Émission (1996-1998). She began her career in 1986 with a role in The School for Wives and later joined the comedy troupe Les Robins des Bois. Foïs has appeared in numerous films, including The Workshop (2017), and has consistently released two to five films each year. She was announced as the host for the 46th César Awards in November 2020. Foïs has two sons with director Éric Lartigau, born in 2004 and 2008.
