Manisha Koirala is a Nepalese actress who made her film debut in the 1991 movie 'Saudagar'. She has worked extensively in both commercial and independent cinema, particularly in Hindi and Tamil films. Her notable works include 'Bombay' (1995), 'Dil Se..' (1998), and 'Company' (2002), as well as 'Sanju' (2018) and 'Lust Stories' (2018). Koirala has received three Filmfare Awards and was appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Population Fund in 1999. She is also a survivor of ovarian cancer and actively promotes awareness about the disease.
