Major Sundararajan is an Indian actor who made his film debut in Pattinathaar (1962). He gained recognition for his role as a blind retired army officer in Major Chandrakant (1966), which led to his enduring nickname. Throughout his career, he has appeared in numerous Tamil films, including Iruvar (1997). Sundararajan began his journey in the performing arts as an amateur stage artist while working in the Telecom department in the early 1950s.
