Maisy Stella is a Canadian singer and actress who portrayed Daphne Conrad in the musical television series Nashville (2012–2018). She made her acting return in the lead role of Megan Park's coming-of-age comedy My Old Ass (2024). In addition to her acting career, Stella released her debut solo song, "Riding Free," in 2017 for the animated series Spirit Riding Free. Her performance in My Old Ass earned her a Critics' Choice Movie Award and an Independent Spirit Award, along with a nomination for the Gotham Award.
