Madeleine Mantock is a British actress who received her first major role as nurse Scarlett Conway in the BBC medical drama Casualty. She transitioned to American television with her portrayal of Astrid in the revival of The Tomorrow People and later appeared as Veil in AMC's Into the Badlands. Mantock also starred as Macy in the reboot of Charmed and returned to the UK for roles in Debbie Horsfield's Age Before Beauty and the adaptation of Andrea Levy's The Long Song. Her film credits include Edge of Tomorrow (2014), Breaking Brooklyn, and The Truth Commissioner. Mantock's early career was supported by a bursary from the BBC Performing Arts Fund.
