Mädchen Amick is an American actress who gained fame in the early 1990s with her role as Shelly Johnson in the cult classic series "Twin Peaks" (1990-1991, 2017), directed by David Lynch. She has appeared in a variety of television series, including "Gilmore Girls" (2002-2003) as Sherry Tinsdale, "ER" (2004-2005) portraying Wendall Meade, and "Riverdale" (2017-present) as Alice Cooper. Amick's film credits include "Sleepwalkers" (1992) and "Dream Lover" (1993). Beyond her acting career, she advocates for mental health awareness, particularly after her daughter's diagnosis with bipolar disorder. Amick starred in "Priest" (2011).
