Mackenzie Crook is a British actor and comedian who gained prominence for his role as Gareth Keenan in the BBC sitcom The Office. He portrayed Ragetti in the Pirates of the Caribbean series, appearing in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006) and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007). Crook has also made significant contributions as a writer and director, notably with the BBC4 sitcom Detectorists and the BBC1 revival of Worzel Gummidge.
