Lydia Leonard is a British actress who gained early recognition for her role as Caroline Cushing in the original Donmar Theatre and West End productions of Frost/Nixon. She graduated from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 2003 and won a BBC Radio Drama Carleton Hobbs bursary. Leonard's television credits include an ongoing role in the detective series Jericho and appearances in True True Lie (2006) and The Long Walk to Finchley (2008). She also played a significant role in the BBC's 2008 remake of The 39 Steps, which was the most-watched program on BBC One that day. In film, she starred as Cynthia in Joanna Hogg's Archipelago (2010) and appeared in Last Christmas (2019).
