Luis Brandoni is an Argentine actor who debuted in film with La tregua in 1974. He joined the National Comedy Theater in 1964 and became a prominent figure in Argentine cinema, television, and theater. His notable film credits include Juan que reía (1976), Esperando la carroza (1985), and Cien veces no debo (1990). Brandoni was also politically active, serving as a cultural policy adviser to President Raúl Alfonsín and as a member of the Argentine Chamber of Deputies. He received three Martín Fierro Awards and a Silver Condor for Best Actor for his performances in Made in Argentina and Convivencia. His work in Heroic Losers (2019) and The Weasel's Tale (2019) further exemplifies his extensive career.
