Lorne Cardinal is a Canadian actor who won Best Performance, Animation at the 2021 Canadian Screen Awards for his role as Sergeant Davis Quinton in Corner Gas Animated (2018). He appeared in the Corner Gas franchise, which includes the original live-action series that aired from 2004 to 2010, Corner Gas: The Movie (2014), and the animated series. Cardinal has performed in productions such as King Lear and Black Elk Speaks, and has a theatre named in his honor at the Roxy Theatre in Edmonton. His voice acting credits include projects like Open Season: Scared Silly (2015) and the Peabody award-winning Molly of Denali (2019). Lorne Cardinal has received an honorary PhD from Thompson Rivers University.
