Lo Hoi-Pang is a Hong Kong actor who won the Best Supporting Actor award at the 31st Hong Kong Film Awards for his role in Life Without Principle. He attended TVB's Training Classes in 1973, where he studied alongside notable classmates such as Chow Yun-fat and Ng Man-tat. In addition to his acting career, Lo has also pursued singing. He appears in the film Rob N Roll, released in 2024.
