Liu Kai-Chi is a Hong Kong actor known for his portrayal of supporting characters. He spent 25 years at TVB, Hong Kong's first commercial television station, before leaving in 2005. His film credits include New Police Story (2004) and Ladies Market (2021). Liu has also participated in various projects with Christian themes. He experienced personal tragedy when his youngest son passed away after a battle with leukemia in 2006. Liu co-starred with Jackie Chan in New Police Story, who shares his birthday.
