Lionel Richie is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer who was a co-lead singer of the Commodores, with hits like "Easy" and "Three Times a Lady." He launched his solo career in 1982 with the album "Lionel Richie," which included the chart-topping single "Truly." His second album, "Can't Slow Down" (1983), sold over 20 million copies and featured hits such as "All Night Long (All Night)" and "Hello." Richie co-wrote the charity single "We Are the World" with Michael Jackson. He appeared in "Studio 666" (2022). He has received four Grammy Awards and the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song in 2022.
