Lindsay Frost is an American former actress who portrayed Betsy Stewart Andropoulos on the soap opera As The World Turns from 1984 to 1988. She is the daughter of actor Warren Frost and has a notable family connection in the entertainment industry, with her brother Mark Frost being a writer. Frost's film credits include The Ring (2002), where she played Ruth Embry, and Dead Heat (1988), in which she appeared as Randi James. Additionally, she had a recurring role as Maggie on the series Crossing Jordan from 2001 to 2006. Frost has also guest-starred in popular shows like Lost and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
