Linas Phillips is a filmmaker and actor whose debut film, "Walking To Werner" (2006), chronicles his 1,200-mile journey from Seattle to Los Angeles to meet director Werner Herzog. He began his career in New York City as a performer in experimental theater and alternative comedy before transitioning to filmmaking. Phillips wrote, directed, and starred in his third feature, "Bass Ackwards" (2010), which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. He has also appeared in projects such as "Eastbound and Down" and "Manson Family Vacation". Phillips acted in "Strawberry Mansion" (2021).
