Leo Rossi is an American character actor and writer who played Budd Scarlotti in the horror film Halloween II (1981). He has portrayed a variety of authority figures and villains throughout his career, appearing in over 100 projects. His notable film credits include Heart Like a Wheel (1983), River's Edge (1986), The Accused (1988), Relentless (1989), and Analyze This (1999). Rossi also starred in the short-lived TV series Partners in Crime during the 1980s and has participated in several made-for-TV movies. He played Turkell in Maniac Cop 2 (1990).
