Lene Maria Christensen is a Danish actress who graduated from the Danish National School of Theatre in 1999. She gained prominence in film with her performances in Terribly Happy (Frygtelig lykkelig, 2008) and A Family (En familie, 2011), which brought her multiple Bodil and Robert Awards for Best Actress. On television, she won a Robert Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Television Role for her work in the series The Legacy (Arvingerne). Her recent film credits include the thriller The Exception (Undtagelsen, 2020), the drama Rose (2022), and Honey (2025). Christensen has also appeared in the series The Dreamer - Becoming Karen Blixen (2022) and The Orchestra (Orkestret, 2024).
