Lena Olin is a Swedish actress who made her screen debut in Ingmar Bergman's film Face to Face (1976). She gained international recognition for her role as a free-spirited artist in The Unbearable Lightness of Being (1988), which earned her a Golden Globe nomination. Olin received an Academy Award nomination for her performance as a Jewish survivor in Enemies, A Love Story (1989) and a BAFTA nomination for her role as an abused wife in Chocolat (2000). Her filmography includes notable titles such as Fanny and Alexander (1982), The Ninth Gate (1999), and The Reader (2008). On television, she portrayed KGB agent Irina Derevko in Alias (2002–2006), earning a Primetime Emmy nomination. Olin stars in the film Spaceman (2024).
