Lee Tockar is a Canadian voice actor based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He worked as a writer of children's literature, musician, sculptor, illustrator, and painter. Tockar lent his voice to the character in Open Season: Scared Silly (2015). He is a member of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind due to his condition of cone dystrophy.
