Lee Pace is an American actor who portrayed Thranduil the Elvenking in The Hobbit trilogy. He has appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Ronan the Accuser, first in Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) and later in Captain Marvel (2019). Pace also starred as Joe MacMillan in the television series Halt and Catch Fire and earned an Emmy nomination in 2008 for his role as Ned in Pushing Daisies. Additionally, he voiced Thragg in the animated series Invincible and has taken on the role of Brother Day in the science fiction series Foundation.
