Lee Jung-eun is a South Korean actress who gained international recognition for her portrayal of the housekeeper Moon-gwang in Parasite (2019). She made her acting debut on stage in 1991 and has since appeared in notable films such as The Attorney (2013), A Violent Prosecutor (2015), and festival hits like A Girl at My Door (2014) and The Wailing (2016). Lee has also taken on significant roles in A Taxi Driver (2017), Miss Baek (2017), and Another Child (2018). Her collaboration with director Bong Joon-ho began with the film Mother (2009), and she lent her voice to the pig in Okja. Lee Jung-eun's performance in Parasite was part of the film's historic success at the Academy Awards.
