Laura San Giacomo is an American actress who won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female for her role as Cynthia in Sex, Lies, and Videotape (1989). She portrayed Kit De Luca in Pretty Woman (1990) and appeared as Crazy Cora in Quigley Down Under (1990). Her television work includes the character Maya Gallo in the sitcom Just Shoot Me! (1997–2003) and Rhetta Rodriguez in Saving Grace (2007–2010). San Giacomo also had a recurring role as Dr. Grace Confalone on NCIS (2016–2022). In addition to her award, she is a BAFTA and two-time Golden Globe Award nominee.
