Laura Ortiz is an American actress who played Ruby in The Hills Have Eyes (2006). She has also lent her voice to the character Jessica in the animated film Horton Hears a Who! (2008) and portrayed Vickie the siren in American Dragon: Jake Long. In addition to her film work, Ortiz appeared in the television series Sleeper Cell and Injustice. She gained attention for her role as Ashley Hall, a lively cheerleader, in T-Mobile advertisements. Ortiz has also acted alongside Eddie Murphy in Norbit (2007).
