Laura Linney is an American actress who made her film debut in Lorenzo's Oil (1992). She has received two Golden Globe Awards and four Primetime Emmy Awards, along with nominations for three Academy Awards and five Tony Awards. Linney's notable films include Primal Fear (1996), The Truman Show (1998), Mystic River (2003), and Love Actually (2003). She starred in the Showtime series The Big C from 2010 to 2013, winning an Emmy for her performance, and later appeared in the Netflix series Ozark from 2017 to 2022.
