Kurt Kasznar was a stage, film, and television actor who earned a Golden Globe nomination for his role in the film adaptation of The Happy Time (1952). His extensive Broadway career included performances in productions such as Barefoot in the Park, Waiting for Godot, and The Sound of Music, the latter earning him a Tony Award nomination. Kasznar's filmography features over 80 titles, including Lili (1953), Kiss Me, Kate (1953), and 55 Days at Peking (1963). He portrayed Alexander Fitzhugh in Land of the Giants. Kasznar appeared in Casino Royale (1967).
