Kurt Angle is an American retired professional wrestler who won a gold medal in freestyle wrestling at the 1996 Summer Olympics with a broken neck. He gained fame for his time in WWE and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where he became a six-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion and the second Triple Crown winner in TNA history. Angle's wrestling career includes notable achievements such as winning the WWE Championship four times and being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017. He also appeared in the film Dylan Dog: Dead of Night (2011). In 2013, he was honored with induction into the TNA Hall of Fame, making him one of the few wrestlers recognized by both organizations.
