Kotono Mitsuishi is a Japanese voice actress who made her debut in the OVA Ace wo Nerae! 2 in 1988. She portrayed Usagi Tsukino in the anime series Sailor Moon, which premiered in 1992. Mitsuishi voiced Misato Katsuragi in Neon Genesis Evangelion and Murrue Ramius in the Mobile Suit Gundam series. Her work includes Stand by Me Doraemon in 2014, Doraemon: Nobita's Treasure Island in 2018, and Doraemon: Nobita's Secret Gadget Museum in 2013. Mitsuishi has been affiliated with Arts Vision and Lasley Arrow throughout her career.
